On behalf of USARA and Utah’s Recovery Community, we would like to invite you to  become a  sponsor for Salt Lake City’s 2013 Recovery Day & 5k Walk/Run Event on Saturday at the Gallivan Plaza.

Salt Lake City’s Recovery Day promotes National Recovery Month and the societal benefits of prevention, treatment and recovery for substance use disorders. The event celebrates people in recovery and recognizes the contributions of behavioral health service providers and raises awareness that recovery in all forms is possible!

Becoming a sponsor provides a valuable opportunity to showcase your organization as a supporter of recovery from addiction and promote the positive message that addiction recovery is essential to overall health and well being.

The funds raised help to host this event for our community and go directly to USARA’s recovery related efforts, such as recovery support, advocacy and identification of resources throughout the state. Our goal is to reduce barriers and the stigma surrounding addiction that people in recovery face every day.
